Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Credit top-ups & trials

• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Trial offers (when available) are one-time per account and non-refundable once credits are consumed.
• If a technical fault consumed credits without delivering output, report it within 7 days — we restore the credits.

Refund requests

Email hello@balancelabs.app within 14 days of the charge with your receipt. We refund charges that were made in error, duplicated, or where the service was materially unavailable. Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days.
